Refund policy

There is a 10-day return policy on unopened physical goods. Books, ebooks, scalp scrubbers, and gift cards are nonrefundable. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unopened and unused, and it had to be purchased directly via our online store within the last 10 calendar days. Purchases in office or via retailer do not qualify for a return or refund.

To start a return, email orders@caitera.com with RETURN REQUEST as the subject line. If eligible, we will send you instructions on how to submit your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted. You may be required to pay for return shipping.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to advise if a refund is applicable. Any refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method (allow 7-10 business days for bank processing).
